EMA Predicts Hot Weather to Prevail across Egypt on Sunday

The Egyptian Metrological Authority (EMA) predicted that hot weather is set to prevail during the daytime on Sunday in Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, and Upper Egypt. Moderately hot weather is expected on the northern coasts.

The weather will be moderately cold at night in all parts of the country.

Mist is expected in the morning on some roads that are in the direction of Greater Cairo, Lower Egypt, the northern coasts, Suez Canal cities, and central Sinai.

Waves in the Mediterranean Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 meters and two meters in height with southwestern to southeastern surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between one and 1.75 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.

Maximum temperatures, Alexandria: 28C, Cairo: 30C, Hurghada: 30C, Sharm el-Sheikh: 31C, Qena: 31C, Luxor: 32C and Aswan: 33C.
