The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot and humid weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, and North Coast, during daylight hours on Saturday.
Extremely hot and humid weather is also expected to hit South Sinai and the South of the country.
Winds will occur occasionally across the country.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate to turbulent waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2.25 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
The Red Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2.25 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Moreover, hot and humid weather is also expected to prevail from the North of the country to the North of Upper Egypt, at night.
Moderately hot and humid weather is also expected to hit South Sinai and the South of the country.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 34°C in Cairo, 30°C in Alexandria, 30°C in Matruh, 37°C in Sohag, 40°C in Qena, and 41°C in Aswan.
