Elon Musk Leaves Twitter for Clubhouse

U.S. billionaire Elon Musk announced on Tuesday that he has temporarily stopped using the popular platform "Twitter", not giving a reason.

However, Musk's tweet comes after stock market manipulation, related to Reddit and GameStop.

The CEO of SpaceX and Tesla has decided to subscribe to a new social media application "Clubhouse".

According to the Indian site TOI, Musk had previously announced his support for the new messaging app "Signal" and urged people to use it in light of WhatsApp's new privacy policy.

Today he wrote on Twitter that he uses the new app, that personally attracts his attention. Musk visited the Clubhouse app on February 1 and interacted with people and also answered people's questions.

Clubhouse, which is designed by Alpha Exploration, is a drop-in audio social media app. The company has been created by Rohan Seth who has worked in Google and Paul Davidson who has worked in Pinterest.

Alpha Exploration describes Clubhouse as "a new type of voice-based social product that allows people everywhere to speak, tell stories, develop ideas, deepen friendships, and meet new interesting people around the world."
