SpaceX CEO Elon Musk, a supporter of U.S. President-elect Donald Trump, supported the idea of allowing presidents to interfere with Fed policy.
In response to a social media post from Sen. Mike Lee, Utah Republican, on Thursday, in which he called for the Federal Reserve to be under the president’s direction, Musk on Friday published what supports the proposal, according to a report published by CNBC.
Senator Lee has added to his publication #EndtheFed.
