Egypt congratulated, Sunday, the Embassy of the State of Palestine in Cairo on the occasion of the thirty-second anniversary of the Declaration of Independence.
The Ambassador of the State of Palestine and its permanent representative to the League of Arab States Diab Al-Louh received a phone call from the Secretary of the Presidency of Egypt, Mohamed Mokhtar, according to an official statement released by the Palestinian Embassy in Cairo.
Mokhtar conveyed the greetings of President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, to his brother, President Mahmoud Abbas, and his wishes for the Palestinian people to progress, prosperity and achieve independence, stressing Egypt’s position in support of the rights of the Palestinian people.
On his part, Ambassador Al-Louh expressed the State of Palestine's sincere appreciation for "Sisi's generous congratulation”, expressing his wishes for Egypt to enjoy stability and prosperity and maintain its progress and prosperity among nations.
Moreover, the Palestinian ambassador conveyed the thanks and greetings of Abbas to Sisi and the government and people, for his country's efforts in support of the Palestinian people in all its issues and just demands in various international forums, in order to achieve the dream of the Palestinian state with its capital, Jerusalem.
