Egypt's Grand Mufti, President of the General Secretariat for Fatwa Authorities Worldwide, Dr. Shawki Allam, arrived on Wednesday in Serbia's Belgrade for a two-day official visit.
During his visit, Dr. Allam will meet with the President of Serbia and a number of senior officials and religious figures.
Upon his arrival, the Grand Mufti was received by His Eminence Sheikh Mustafa Spahić, the Mufti of Belgrade, and His Excellency Ambassador Basil Salah, the Egyptian Ambassador to Belgrade, as well as representatives from the Serbian Ministry of Justice and Religious Affairs.
