Qatari Foreign Minister Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani said that he reviewed the performance of economic cooperation and Qatari investments in Egypt, expressing his aspiration to complete the existing projects between the two countries.
He stressed during a joint press conference with Badr Abdel Aati that his visit to Egypt aims to expand and strengthen cooperation in the humanitarian fields, especially after the deterioration of the situation in Gaza and Sudan, in addition to discussing regional conditions, especially in light of the war on Gaza and Lebanon.
Bin Abdulrahman stressed that Doha is in constant consultation with Egypt, especially regarding the negotiations file to reach a ceasefire in Gaza as soon as possible, commenting by saying: "We agreed that there will be intensive coordination between the two countries and the rest of the Arab countries during the next stage regarding developments in the region, and that there will be clarity of a common vision between the Arab countries in this direction.
