Egyptian Food Blogger Mai Hendi introduced a special recipe from the traditional Mexican dish “Tacos” with healthy and simple ingredients.
So, let’s find out how to make delicious shrimp tacos with creamy sauce in just 15 minutes.

*Ingredients
Peeled Shrimps
Avocado
Purple and green cabbage
Tortilla
*For the marinade
Lemon/ salt/pepper/paprika/ garlic and onion powder/ olive oil
*For the Sauce
Lemon juice/ green coriander/ jalapeno/minced garlic/ mayonnaise/ sour cream or yogurt/olive oil/ butter
*Method
First, we need to season shrimp with spices and olive oil, and put it in the fridge.
Next, to get the sauce ready, mix the mayonnaise, garlic, lemon, jalapeno, green coriander, and salt together. Then, add the sour cream and stir the ingredients to get mixed well.
Squeeze a lemon and a pinch of salt on the avocado slices. Cut the cabbage into thin slices and add some of the sauce we prepared to give it an excellent taste.
Grease the grill pan with oil and butter and add the shrimp (suitable amount according to the pan’s size). Now, we will remove it from the oven and squeeze a lemon on it.
Last, take the tortilla and put it on the grill for a minute till it gets a golden color.
Put some cabbage covered with the sauce, then the shrimp and the avocado. Add some sauce on them and then close and voila! You can enjoy the best tacos and bon appétit!
