Egyptian Boy Sets High Morals during Corona Crisis in Austria

Crises usually show other aspects that are luminous and positive and create energies that help others to confront it and not give in to depression. Because of the on-going crisis, an Egyptian boy gained fame in Austrian newspapers.

In the midst of the Corona crisis, its repercussions and crises on the human level, especially for the elderly in Europe, many people do not get help to meet their needs under the imposition of the ban and their commitment not to leave the house. Helping others is considered a humanity nobility and mercy that have no nationality and no specific age. This matter raised sympathy and humanity of an Egyptian boy, 14, named Maysara Mahmoud from Sohag who lives with his family in Austria for years ago.

He agreed with two of his friends and they launched an initiative to help the elderly in Austria bring all their needs from the markets so that they do not have to leave the house and are exposed to risks.

Meanwhile, he gave his phone number and his personal e-mail to the neighborhood; the neighborhood started calling him, prepared bills for him; he only recovered his money, and totally refused any excess money in exchange for his work, which surprised the Austrians.

They did not believe what he was doing. On another occasion, Mahmoud save the life of an elderly person after he brought him medicine from a pharmacy. The elderly was in dire need of medicine. He became famous there, and the Austrian TV showed pictures of his meetings and his image was published in all newspapers. Mahmoud and his two friends set an example in magnanimity and high morals, and the school sent them letters of thanks and they are continuing their initiative.
