Ambassador of Egypt to Palestine Ehab Suleiman, met with Dr. Muhammad Shtayyeh, the Palestinian Prime Minister.
The ambassador handed the plaestinian prime minister an official invitation from Prime Minister Dr. Mustafa Madbouly to visit Cairo, in order to discuss ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in all fields, and within the framework of continuous efforts to consolidate and strengthen historical relations between Egypt and palestine.
The Palestinian Prime Minister welcomed the invitation to visit Egypt, which would strengthen and deepen bilateral relations, praising Egypt's historical role in the Palestinian cause and its firm stance in support of Palestine.
The meeting also focused on the latest developments and issues of common interest, as the Egyptian ambassador stressed Egypt's full support for Palestinian rights in accordance with international legitimacy resolutions that call for the establishment of an independent Palestinian state on the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as its capital.
