On Wednesday, Egypt welcomed the latest decision of Spain, Ireland, and Norway to recognize Palestine as a state, describing it as a supporting step for the international efforts to establish an independent Palestinian state.
Furthermore, Egypt called all countries that didn't recognize Norway yet to make this step to support the rights of the Palestinians who suffered from the Israeli occupation for more than 70 years, in addition to preventing them from establishing their independent state.
Egypt also renewed its calls for the UN Security Council and the effective international parties for immediate intervention in this complicated situation that the Palestinian crisis faces with the dangerous humanitarian situation in Gaza, in addition to calling them to stop the Israeli aggressive acts in Gaza, especially Rafah.
