The Official Gazette published on Thursday a Presidential Decree approving the amendment of the partnership agreement between the Egyptian government and the Agence Française de Développement (AFD) to implement a cooperation project, which supports the teaching of French as a second foreign language in public schools.
The amendment aims to add a grant of €500,000 to the project.
