Egypt Sees Slight Rise in Temperatures on Thursday

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts a slight rise in temperatures, with moderate weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Wednesday.

Hot weather is also expected to hit the Red Sea Mountain trail and Upper Egypt.

There are chances of rain prevailing in the North Coast, Sinai, and North Lower Egypt.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height varying between southwesterly to northwestern surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height with northwestern surface winds.

Meanwhile, moderately cold weather is set to hit most of the country, at nighttime, turning to cold toward the end.

Pleasant weather will also prevail in the Red Sea Mountain trail, while North Upper Egypt experiences cold weather.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 25°C in Cairo, 24°C in Alexandria, 22°C in Marsa Matruh, 26°C in Sohag, 27°C in Qena, and 27°C in Aswan.
