Egypt Sees Rainy, Unstable Weather on Wednesday, Cairo 27°C

Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicted that the country will experience unstable weather on Wednesday.

Meteorologists also noted that the unstable weather will be accompanied by rain and wind activity.

Moderately warm weather is expected to prevail in most parts of the country during the daylight hours. Hot weather is also expected to hit South Upper Egypt.

Dusty winds occasionally occur in most parts of the country, limiting horizontal visibility.

Light to moderate rainfall, sometimes thunderous, is predicted to fall intermittently in Cairo, Canal Cities, Lower Egypt, North Coast, and South Upper Egypt.

Moderate to heavy rainfall, sometimes thunderous, is also forecast to hit intermittently in Sinai and the Gulf of Suez.

Torrential rain is expected in the Red Sea governorate and North Upper Egypt, at intermittent period.

Meteorologists also predict that the country will continue to experience a temperature rise.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate to turbulent waves, ranging between 2 and 3 meters in height, with southwest surface winds.

Maritime navigation will be disrupted in the Red Sea, with winds averaging 50 to 60 km/h and waves ranging between 2.5: 3 meters.

There will also be a disruption of maritime navigation in the Gulf of Suez, with winds averaging 60 to 70 km/h and waves ranging between 2.5:4 meters.

Maritime navigation is also expected to be disrupted in El Salloum, Marsa Matruh, El Alamein, Alexandria, and Baltim, with winds averaging 50 to 60 km/h and waves ranging between 2.5:3 meters.

Cold weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night and in the early morning.

The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 27°C in Cairo, 23°C in Alexandria, 23°C in Marsa Matruh, 30°C in Sohag, 36°C in Qena, and 37°C in Aswan.
