The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts that an improvement in the weather will start from Tuesday and will continue until the end of the week in most parts of the country.
Meteorologists also predict a gradual rise in the temperature.
Moderately hot weather is also expected to prevail during the daylight hours, while the North Coast will experience moderate weather.
The country also witnesses mist, extending into fog, on agricultural and highway roads from the north of the country to Cairo, North Upper Egypt, and Central Sinai.
Winds occasionally occur across the country.
There is a chance of light rainfall prevailing intermittently in the North Coast and North Lower Egypt.
The Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northeast surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters with northwest surface winds.
Moderate weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt at night, becoming moderately cold towards the end and fall-like in the early morning.
The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 26°C in Cairo, 25°C in Alexandria, 23°C in Marsa Matruh, 27°C in Sohag, 28°C in Qena, and 28°C in Aswan.
