The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts extremely hot and humid weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Tuesday.
Hot and humid weather is also expected to hit the North Coast.
Winds will occur occasionally across the country.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea and the Red Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Moreover, moderately hot and humid weather is also expected to prevail across the country, at night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 35°C in Cairo, 32°C in Alexandria, 31°C in Marsa Matruh, 39°C in Sohag, 42°C in Qena, and 42°C in Aswan.
