The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts extremely hot and humid weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Saturday.
Hot and humid weather is also expected to hit the Northwest Coast.
Winds will occur occasionally across the country.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2.25 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Moreover, moderately hot and humid weather is also expected to prevail across the country, at night.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 36°C in Cairo, 33°C in Alexandria, 32°C in Matruh, 43°C in Sohag, 43°C in Qena, and 44°C in Aswan.
