Mohamed Farouk, a tourism expert, discussed the preparations of the tourist governorates to welcome the winter tourism season.
He mentioned that the state has organized numerous important tourism activities in cities like Luxor and Aswan, as well as in southern Egypt overall, in anticipation of the upcoming winter tourism season.
Speaking to Extra News satellite channel, Farouk stated that hotel reservations have increased over the past 4 months.
There are also extensive preparations to boost the influx of tourists during the upcoming winter season.
He emphasized that the tourism sector in Egypt pays close attention to even the smallest details and consistently strives for quality, operating on a value-for-service system.
The tourism expert also mentioned that the state has readied 14,000 tourist cars, which were inspected by the sector last August.
He noted that the "hantoor" is an important tourism facility in Egypt, serving as a key service element and a tool for attracting tourists.
