CNN selected Egypt as a travel destination in the time of the COVID-19 as part of the website’s “Unlocking the World” initiative. The initiative is based on recommending travel destinations and travel tips in COVID-19 time.
The released report overviewed all basic information that the tourist would like to know before heading to Egypt such as medical restrictions applied in hotels, museums, and archaeological sites, major landmark places, and the COVID-19 situation in the country.
Moreover, it shed light on the perse tourist destinations such as Giza Pyramids, museums, and 5-star resorts. It also named the experience of ping in the Red Sea as “the finest ping in the world.”
Also, several links of tourist destinations in Egypt were attached to the report.
Previously, Egypt was selected as one of the safest post-lock down tourist destinations in 2021 by the Telegraph, in addition, Trip Advisor named Alexandria as one of the most popular destinations in 2021.
