Egypt Faces Hot Weather on Sunday, Cairo 31°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts hot weather to prevail in Cairo, Lower Egypt, South Sinai, and the south of the country, during daylight hours on Sunday.

Moderately hot weather is also expected to hit North Coast.

The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads to Cairo, Lower Egypt, North Coast, Canal cities, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.

Winds will occur occasionally in the Northwest Coast.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.75 meters in height varying between southeast to northeast surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height with northwest surface winds.

Moreover, cold weather is also expected to prevail in most parts of the country, at night.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 31°C in Cairo, 26°C in Alexandria, 25°C in Marsa Matruh, 34°C in Sohag, 35°C in Qena, and 36°C in Aswan.
