Egypt Denounces Terrorist Attack in Moscow

On Saturday, Egypt strongly condemned the terror attack on a concert hall near Moscow that killed and injured a large number of people. 

In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed the Egyptian government and people's sincere condolences and sympathy to the Russian government and people in this painful tragedy and to the families of the victims.

The statement also wished a speedy recovery for the injured.

Cairo further affirmed its strong condemnation and full rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism, stressing its full solidarity with Russia in such delicate circumstances.

Late Friday, IS fighters attacked a large gathering at a Moscow concert hall, which Russian authorities said killed at least 40 people.
