CAIRO, Sept 17 (SEE) - Egypt extended condolences to the United States and its people over the deaths in Hurricane Florence in North and South Carolina, the Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Monday.
Egypt believes that the US will be able to overcome the ordeal and wished a speedy recovery to the wounded, MENA news agency reported.
According to officials, the death toll from Hurricane Florence and its remnants has risen to 17 including a 3-month-old child who died in North Carolina when a tree landed on their mobile home.
