The Egyptian mission, taking part in the Mediterranean Games, has achieved 43 medals so far, which is considered one of the best result for an Egyptian mission in a tournament.
The Egyptian mission clinched 11 gold medals, 14 silver and 18 bronze.

Fencer Ziad Elsissy ( A gold medal in fencing)

Egyptian sprinter Bassant Hemid (Two gold medals in 200-meter sprint and 100-meter sprint)
Judoka Mohamed Abdelmawgoud (60kg in judo)
Amr Reda (Gold medal Men's Freestyle 74 kg)
Women's table tennis team gold medal
Egyptian karateka Feryal Abdelaziz ( gold medal in women's kumite karate +68kg)
Youssef Badawy (gold medal in men's kumite karate +84kg)
