El-Sabki mentioned, "Through an expansive distribution network and modern infrastructure, we aim to efficiently cater to the needs of tens of thousands of customers, from large-scale farms to smallholder farmers across every corner of Egypt. This model is significantly driven by digital innovation, guaranteeing efficient operational processes and timely product delivery, while also contributing immensely to the sustainable growth of Egypt's agricultural sector."
Highlighting the company's focus on innovation, he added, "Innovation lies at the heart of our mission. Consequently, we've infused an investment of around 900 million euros into research and development, aiming to continually bolster our innovation capacities."
Speaking on the company's sustainability efforts in Egypt, Engy Zaki, the Director of Sustainability and Digital Solutions, pointed out, "Our sustainability strategy in Egypt pivots on three core pillars, one of which is the Container Management Project. This project aspires to serve the agricultural realm by minimizing health and environmental risks and safeguarding the economy against commercial fraud."
She further elaborated on the project's first phase, which kicked off this year in collaboration with the Agricultural Pesticides Committee. "We've reached out to 600 farms through 31 training sessions, focusing on imparting responsible practices such as triple rinsing and collection, ensuring the safe use of our products."
Zaki also touched upon the company's mobile agricultural clinic, stating, "Our mobile agricultural clinic offers a plethora of support, facilitating direct interactions between farmers and our technical experts. This approach serves between 8,000 to 9,000 farmers annually."
