Amr Talaat, Egypt's Minister of Communications and Information Technology said that the Digital Egypt platform provides 35 services throughout the country. He added that by the end of January 2021, it will provide 30 more services, and they will be increased during the coming period.

Talaat added that the platform cooperates with other ministries and state bodies in digitizing the services provided by the government to citizens.

Talaat indicated that among the services provided on Digital Egypt is the remote civil litigation service that lawyers benefit from by filing lawsuits without going to court.

During an interview with Extra News channel, the minister added: "Who does not want to deal directly with technology, he can receive the same services through post offices. There are 150 post offices that provide Digital Egypt services.

He went on saying: "During 2021, we will spread the services in the rest of the post offices, and whoever does not want to deal with post offices can receive the service through a hotline."
