Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 cup milk
A spoonful of olive oil
A tablespoon of butter
3 eggs
A small spoonful of yeast
1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
chopped coriander or parsley
Dry coriander
zaatar
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup green olives
1/2 chopped red sweet pepper
Grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese
A tub of feta or soft white cheese
Directions
Mix the flour, milk, and yeast, add the eggs and olive oil, followed by the rest of the ingredients.
Preheat the oven first before beginning and grease the tray with butter and pour the dough evenly, but leave some space for it to grow because it will rise from the yeast.
Put it in the oven for 25 minutes and do not open it so as not to shrink.
When the time is up, open the oven and insert a knife into the center of the cake to test if it comes out clean or with dough. If the tester comes out clean, it's done. If it comes out gummy or with crumbs clinging to it, the cake needs more time in the oven.
Turn on the grill for 5 minutes to brown the surface.
These ingredients made a tray and a cake pan.
