Boiling meat seems uncomplicated, but it needs certain touches to gain a delicious taste and a distinctive soup color.
Here is how to cook a delicious meat soup:
Fry the meat in a small spoonful of ghee, add a mastic, followed by meat after it melts, and a sprinkle of black pepper.
Shock meat from all sides then add boiling water to it.
Note: cold water affects meat and makes it not cook evenly as well as poorly affects the color and smell of the soup.
Boil for two minutes, then remove the foam from the surface of the soup to become clear and transparent, then add salt and two celery sticks.
Add bay leaves, cardamom, and one cup of unground black pepper.
It is optional to add an onion or tomato, however, without onions or tomatoes, it will have a terrible color and taste.
Enjoy!
