With the summer temperatures starting to soar, cold deserts become a wanted item in every place that has children inside. For our children, we aim to offer them with low-sugar and preservative-free desserts. In addition, these kinds of desserts could be guilt-free ones for those who are on diet. Food blogger Ola Youssef shares her experience in making ice cream lollipops at home which she considers a guilt-free dessert suitable for both kids and grown-ups.

Here are the ingredients:
Milk or yogurt with any type of fruit with honey
Banana with peanut butter with honey or molasses
Yogurt with mango or fresh mango juice and honey (optional)
Fresh fruit juice only
Blueberries and grapes with honey and milk
Lemon with mint, honey, and a little milk
I’ve tried all of these. We mix them and pour each into silicon moulds, which you can buy from baking supply stores or online websites.
We place the containers in the freezer overnight until the next morning, and they’re ready to enjoy.
Both adults and children will love them, and they can even be tailored for teething babies as they’re delicious, soothe the gums, calm them down, and are a treat that brings joy to everyone.
Bon appétit!
