A high-level delegation from the Danish Parliament’s Cultural Committee, accompanied by members of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Denmark in Cairo, paid a special visit Wednesday to the “Legacy and Journey” museum exhibition at the headquarters of the League of Arab States, marking 80 years of Arab joint action.
The visit, held on the occasion of the Arab League’s 80th anniversary, highlighted the shared interest in celebrating the history and envisioning the future of the Arab world.
The delegation toured the exhibition, which chronicles the League’s story since its founding in 1945, showcasing its pivotal role in supporting Arab liberation movements and strengthening economic, social, and cultural cooperation among member states.
During their visit, the delegation commended the efforts to highlight the Arab League’s achievements over eight decades and expressed admiration for the rare documents and historical artifacts displayed in the exhibition.
