CNN: Trump Seriously Considers Announcing Candidacy for US Presidency This Month

CNN, a US  news network, affirmed that former US President Donald Trump is thinking with concern at the time he should announce his candidacy for the presidency in 2024.

CNN added that such a decision has become more urgent as he tries to regain control of his image after a series of harmful disclosure of information by a US Congress committee that investigates the events of the storming of Congress in January of last year.

Over the past week, Trump told colleagues he is keen to launch another presidential campaign early this month, to take advantage of President Joe Biden's slump in the polls and notify his potential Republican rivals.

However, his desire to speed up the announcement of his campaign, and to abandon previous plans to wait until after the midterm elections scheduled for next November, increased dramatically after former White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson raised serious questions in a televised session of Congress last week about Trump's behavior in recent months from his first term, according to informed sources.
