The Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed, on Sunday, that China supports Russia in maintaining national stability and achieving development and prosperity.
This came in response to a question about the rebellion attempt made by chief of "Wagner" paramilitary group, Yevgeny Prigozhin.
"This is Russia’s internal affair. As Russia’s friendly neighbor and comprehensive strategic partner of coordination for the new era, China supports Russia in maintaining national stability and achieving development and prosperity," Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesman said in a press conference.
