Chinese Authorities Ease Restrictions of Corona, Impose Home Isolation for Mild Cases

China's National Health Commission announced, on Wednesday, new relaxed rules for controlling and controlling the Coronavirus (known also as COVID-19).

The Chinese commission said that infected people who do not show severe symptoms, and mild cases of infection, can be isolated at home.

The commission added that the vaccination of elderly people against the Coronavirus will be accelerated.

While a health official said that new infections with COVID-19 in China will increase in the coming days, and the areas affected by the epidemic may continue to expand.

The official at the National Health Commission, Wu Liangyu, added in a press statement in Beijing last Sunday, that the current outbreak in China is caused by a delta variable from abroad.

Some cities in Gansu and Inner Mongolia provinces have suspended bus and taxi services due to the virus. The cities include Lanzhou, the capital of Gansu Province, according to Zhu Min, an official with the Ministry of Transportation.
