Chelsea announced on Saturday that head coach Thomas Tuchel tested positive for coronavrius, ahead of kicking off their adventure in the FIFA Club World Cup.
In an official statement, the Blues confirmed that the German coach contracted COVID-19.

The Premier League champions hope that Tuchel could recover to lead the team in the World Cup, currently being held in Abu Dhabi.
Chelsea will fly to Abu Dhabi after their clash against Plymouth Argyle in the FA Cup, set to take place today at 14:30 CLT.
