Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau on Wednesday announced a new financial assistance for Ukraine worth $410.2 million.
During the "NATO" summit held in Vilnius, Trudeau pledged to provide a new financing package of 541 million Canadian dollars, equivalent to about 410.2 million US dollars, to support Ukraine and enhance security across the Atlantic.
Canadian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced earlier that the government had ordered the confiscation of the Russian An-124 Ruslan transport plane.
The ministry said in a statement that the Canadian government has ordered the confiscation of the Russian transport plane, which is now at Toronto Airport, in accordance with federal law.
