American actor and movie producer Brad Pitt year just got better as the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood actor accepted his first gold statuette for Best Supporting Actor in the movie at Sunday’s Oscars ceremony, which took place at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
Pitt cracked jokes about Trump Impeachment during his acceptance speech: “Thank you to the Academy for this honor of honors,” he said.
“They told me I only have 45 seconds up here, which is more than the Senate gave John Bolton this week.” he added.
He joked about how the Senate voted against allowing witnesses during the trial that wrapped up last week.
"They told me I only had 45 seconds up here, which is 45 seconds more than the Senate gave John Bolton this week," Pitt said.
