The US Secretary of State, Antony Blinken, condemned the recent Houthi attacks against Saudi Arabia, including the latest one on the Aramco facility in Jeddah.
In a statement, the US top diplomat said that the Houthis continue their destructive behavior and reckless terrorist attacks striking civilian infrastructure.
Blenkin stressed that the US administration will continue to work with Saudi partners to strengthen their defenses, adding that the US will also seek to advance a durable end to the conflict, improve lives, and create space for Yemenis to determine their own future collectively.
It is worth mentioning that Saudi-led coalition said oil giant Aramco’s petroleum products distribution station in Jeddah was struck, causing a fire in two storage tanks but no casualties, according to Reuters.
