US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken called on investors around the world to invest in the United States, which represents the first destination for investment globally.
Blinken spoke in his speech at The 2024 SelectUSA Investment about the steps that the US administration is taking to encourage investors to invest their money in the US market, The American Al Hurra Channel reported.
"Over the past 3 years, companies from around the world have invested more than $1 trillion in the United States, supporting millions of jobs across this country,” Blinken said.
The 2024 SelectUSA Investment summit constitutes an essential element of the US administration’s efforts to attract foreign investments to the United States, and thousands of heads of companies, diplomatic missions, investors, state governors, city mayors, and US government officials participate annually in it.
