Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the UAE, and President of of Serbia Aleksandar Vucic discussed cooperation relations between the two countries in various fields, in addition to a number of regional and international issues of concern to the two countries.
This during a meeting Thursday in Belgrade, within the framework of the working visit of His Highness the President of the State to the Republic of Serbia.
The talks between Vucic and bin Zayed touched on ways to strengthen bilateral relations within the framework of the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries, stressing keenness to push these relations forward, especially in the fields of renewable energy, agriculture, food security, technology, artificial intelligence, trade and others, for the good and prosperity of their people.
During the meeting, the two sides also reviewed a number of regional and international developments of common interest and the importance of working to support peace and stability and peaceful settlement of disputes for the benefit of all peoples of the world, as well as the need to reduce escalation in the Western Balkans region through dialogue and understanding in order to enhance security in the region.
Bin Zayed had arrived in Serbia earlier today on a working visit, where he was received upon his arrival at the airport by the Serbian president.
