Billboard Collapses during Dust Storm on Cairo Suez Desert Rd

The New Cairo area witnessed the fall of an advertising banner on the Suez Road a short while ago; As a result of the dust storm wave hitting Greater Cairo, without any human casualties.

The General Administration of Traffic in Cairo received an emergency call that an advertising banner had fallen on the Suez Road from the New Cairo area. The General Administration of Cairo Traffic immediately moved to remove the banner and traffic movement came back to normal.

The General Administration has also tightened traffic by spreading the services of traffic men in all axes and squares to face any expected traffic densities and to manage traffic.

And the Meteorological Authority published, in a statement, warning citizens of a very hot atmosphere and raised sand in most parts, as the temperature has now reached 32 degrees in Cairo and the horizontal visibility to 2000 meters, due to sand and dust.
