Popular billionaire and the Co-Founder of Microsoft Bill Gates announced that he tested positive for Coronavirus, he tweeted on Wednesday.

Gates revealed that he was suffering from mild symptoms.

He tweeted: “I've tested positive for COVID. I'm experiencing mild symptoms and am following the experts' advice by isolating until I'm healthy again."

Last week, the world-famed billionaire responded to Elon Musk’s Twitter takeover, saying that the Tesla CEO could make things “worse” at the leading social media platform, CNBC reported.

Being interviewed at the Wall Street Journal’s Summitt, Wednesday, Gates pointed out that Musk’s control over Twitter would drive him to change the policies of the social media firm, and this raises concerns over the emergence of misinformation on social media.

The famous billionaire expressed that Musk did great steps in the world of industry, business, and technology with his successful and “mind-blowing” projects such as Tesla and SpaceX.

Musk has sold 4.4 million shares of Tesla stock for around $4 billion, most likely to help fund his acquisition of Twitter.
