<div class="intro-text">\r\n\r\nDemocratic candidate, Joe Biden, pledged, on Friday, that Russia, China and Iran would pay the price of their interference in the US presidential election if he won the upcoming election scheduled on November 3.\r\n\r\n<\/div>\r\nDuring the second and final television debate between him and his Republican rival, Trump, 12 days before the elections, Biden said that these three countries "will pay the price if he is elected. They interfered in the American sovereignty."\r\n\r\nThe Democratic candidate also confirmed that he had never received "a single penny" from any foreign party.\r\n\r\nHis statement came in response to Trump's allegations of financial corruption.\r\n<blockquote class="pullquote align-center">\r\n<h4>Trump told Biden, "I think you owe an explanation to the American people." This is criminal."
