US President Joe Biden thanked President Abdel Fattah El Sisi for the ceasefire agreement between Israel and Hamas, adding that the truce in Gaza is an opportunity for delivering more humanitarian aid to Gaza.
President Biden added that more than 200 fuel trucks entered the Gaza Strip through Egypt, asserting that work should be intensified to increase the number of humanitarian aid to civilians and hospitals and to reduce the deaths of civilians.
He also underscored that violence in the Middle East should be ended, pointing out that the two-state solution is a way to spread peace in the Middle East.
