US President Joe Biden has expressed concern that his Russian counterpart, Vladimir Putin, will have no way out of the Ukraine war.
Biden said he is trying to figure out what to do about it, and find out how Russia can get out of the crisis in Ukraine.

He indicated, in a meeting with representatives of the Maryland Democratic Party, that he is concerned that Putin may not have the moment an exit strategy from the crisis. It has been going on since February 24.
Biden added that Putin believed he could split NATO and thought he could split the European Union.
