US President Joe Biden announced on Monday that U.S. will provide $11 million to local and international organizations working in Libya, after deadly floods that killed thousands.
On Sunday, Libya announced the return of 94% of telecommunications services in the areas affected in eastern region as a result of deadly floods.
In a press conference, the technical management of Telecommunications Holding Company explained that the company suffered huge losses, which led to the cessation of international communications and the mainstay of communications service.
