The African club announced the news of Barcelona's signing with their attacking midfielder, asserting that the deal was finalized in the final day of the 2024 summer transfer market.
The Ghanian Dreams FC posted: "Dreams FC has officially transferred Abdul Aziz Issah to the Spanish powerhouse FC Barcelona.
This 18-year-old completed his move on the transfer deadline day. Issah, recognized by CAF as one of the best young players on the continent, was the top scorer in the Confederation Cup last season."
