August 3: Extremely Hot, Humid Weather Continues in Egypt on Saturday, Cairo 37°C

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts extremely hot and humid weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Saturday.

Hot and humid weather is also expected to prevail in the North Coast.

Wind will be active occasionally across the country.

The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads to Cairo, Lower Egypt, and North Coast.

There is also chances of light to medium rainfall, sometimes thunderous and might turn to flood, in South Upper Egypt and Red Sea Mountain Trail.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height with northwest surface winds.

Waves in the Red Sea will be low to moderate, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height varying between southwest and southeast surface winds.

Moreover, the country will experience moderately hot and humid weather at nighttime.

Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 37°C in Cairo, 33°C in Alexandria, 31°C in Marsa Matruh, 42°C in Sohag, 44°C in Qena, and 44°C in Aswan.
