Minister of Defense and Military Production Mohamed Zaki sent Monday a cable of greetings to President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on the seventh anniversary of the June 30 Revolution.

Army Chief-of-Staff Lieutenant General Mohamed Farid sent a similar cable to President Sisi on the occasion.
Here is the June 30 congratulation telegram’s text:
To The President of the Republic, Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces
I am pleased to send you on the anniversary of the glorious Egyptian National Day of 30th of June, the most sincere congratulations on the seventh anniversary of the People's Revolution supported by the Armed Forces to correct the path and rebuild the homeland and affirm that Egypt is for all Egyptians and not exclusive to any particular group or sect.
Commemorating this anniversary, the Armed Forces will remain steadfast in their absolute belief that their men are the sons of all Egyptians, whose duty is to protect the homeland and defend its territorial integrity for the sake of all Egyptians.
May God Almighty bless you and support you.
Lieutenant General Mohamed Farid, Chief of Staff of the Armed Forces, also sent a similar telegram of congratulations to the President of the Republic on this occasion.
June 30 was not an ordinary day in the history of the Egyptian people, but a fateful day and a milestone in the life of every Egyptian citizen who took to streets demanding their rights, sharing their opinion and proving that they are able to choose and make decisions.
Egyptians commemorate the June 30 revolution every year, celebrating the day that millions of Egyptians took to streets to overthrow the Islamist rule of the Muslim Brotherhood.
