Argentine President to Visit Ukraine

The Argentine Presidency announced on Wednesday that President Javier Milei is scheduled to visit Ukraine in June as part of his European tour.

His visit aims at expressing support for Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky amidst the ongoing Russian military advancements in Ukraine.

According to the Ukrainian news agency Ukrinform, the presidential statement indicated that "the Argentine President is expected to arrive in the Ukrainian capital from Spain, with his tour also including stops in Germany and France."

Milei will be the first Latin American leader to visit Ukraine during the current conflict, as Zelensky seeks to counter Moscow's extensive military offensive.

Previously, Milei had expressed his intention to organize a summit of Latin American countries in support of Ukraine's fight against Russian aggression.
