April 26: Moderately Hot weather Prevails across Egypt on Sat

The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts moderately hot weather to prevail in most of the country during Saturday's daylight hours.

Extremely hot weather is also expected to hit the South Upper Egypt.

The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads in Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, North Coast, Central Sinai, North Upper Egypt, and Western Sahara.

Winds will occur occasionally across the country.

Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height with northwest surface winds.

The Red Sea will experience moderate to turbulent waves, ranging between 1.5 and 2.5 meters in height with northwest and northeast surface winds.

Moderate weather is also expected to prevail in Egypt in the early hours, at nighttime, turning to moderately cold toward the end.

The predicted temperatures for the following cities are 28°C in Cairo, 24°C in Alexandria, 22°C in Marsa Matruh, 32°C in Sohag, 35°C in Qena, and 35°C in Aswan.
