The Egyptian Meteorological Authority (EMA) predicts extremely hot and humid weather to prevail in most parts of the country, during daylight hours on Wednesday.
Hot and humid weather is also predicted to hit the North Coast.
Wind will be active occasionally across the country.
The experts also foresaw the country will experience a gradual rise in temperatures impacted by the beginning of a new heatwave.
The country will also witness mist on agricultural and highway roads to Cairo, Lower Egypt, Canal Cities, North Coast, Central Sinai, and North Upper Egypt.
Furthermore, the Mediterranean Sea will experience low to moderate waves, ranging between 1 and 1.5 meters in height with northwest surface winds.
Waves in the Red Sea will be moderate, ranging between 1.5 and 2 meters in height varying between northwest and northeast surface winds.
Moreover, most parts of the country will experience moderately hot and humid weather at nighttime.
Moderate and humid weather is also predicted to prevail in the North Coast.
Temperatures predicted for the following cities are: 38°C in Cairo, 32°C in Alexandria, 31°C in Marsa Matruh, 41°C in Sohag, 42°C in Qena, and 43°C in Aswan.
